Refund policy

We are an antique and vintage jewelry and collectible shop. All of our items are uncommon, some are very rare and even one of a kind. Due to the vintage or antique nature of the items, there will be some surface wear, abrasions, etcetera -- all things that we find beautiful, not only as character marks, but as indicators of provenance.

Now on to the nitty gritty:

SHIPPING TIMES:

Orders (excluding custom orders and re-sizing) ship within 2-4 business days.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES*
We offer a 3 day no-questions-asked money back guarantee on all of our full priced items. All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of goods. Exception -- If we feel that our return policy is being abused by a client (i.e., 3 or more returns within a short period of time), we reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee. If a full refund is not available to you because you have returned multiple items in the past, you will be notified prior to shipment so you have the option to cancel your order. *All purchases of items on sale are FINAL* 

Return procedure:

1. Please message us at sales@jessaminejewels.com within 3 days of receipt to express your desire to return an item.

2. We will provide instructions regarding return shipping, and for rare cases, we will email you a return shipping label (see number 6 below).

3. You are responsible for mailing your return within 7 days of receipt of your merchandise.

4. Jessamine Jewels will refund your entire purchase price upon receipt so long as the item is returned in its original condition and in its original packaging (see below). We do not accept returns on modified or altered items. In the event that you return a ring that has been re-sized by our jeweler, we will process a full return less the re-sizing costs. We do not accept returns on rings that have been re-sized by jewelers other than our jeweler.

5. Should you contact us about a return after the expiration of the 3 day return period, we will consider your request solely at our sole discretion and on a case by case basis. We may charge a 25% restocking fee as a condition of an untimely return.

6. We do stand by our pieces and will do our best to accommodate exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. If the reason for return is a condition issue that we failed to disclose in the item description or a defect with our product, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label and extend the return period by up to 30 days.

ALL returned items must be received in original condition, with original packaging, and buyers are responsible for the risk of loss and cost of postage and insurance for all returned items.

LOSS OR DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
We ship all items fully insured. In the event that an item is lost or damaged during transit, SAVE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING (many claims won't be accepted by the insurer without it) and then please contact us immediately and we will open a claim with our insurer.

RING RE-SIZING SERVICES
All of our items are vintage or antique. We offer ring re-sizing at an additional cost for those rings for which it may safely be accomplished without damaging the integrity of the ring. Please note that the cost of ring re-sizing varies depending on the complexity of the ring and, for sizing up, the current market price of gold. If you are interested in re-sizing one of our rings contact us at sales@jessaminejewels.com for availability and for a price quote.

Can I return a ring that has been sized? Yes, in the event that you return a ring that has been re-sized by our jeweler, we will process a full return less the re-sizing costs. We do not accept returns on merchandise that has been re-sized by jewelers that are not our jeweler.

GIFT WRAP AND PACKAGING
Each purchase is packaged securely in a gift box, a personalized card may be included upon request.
