The Sparkle King! Stunning 18k gold and diamond engagement ring by Traub. Approximately 100 years old, this stunner features the famed “Orange Blossom” bridal/fine jewelry hallmark. In beautiful condition, this ring comes ready for presentation with its original box from the retail store that sold it (pictured).
The diamonds in this ring are of very good quality, (G/H color, VS to SI1) and cut to shine! Three main diamonds are set in the center - the largest diamond measures 3.6 mm (.17 ct); the other two are 2.4 mm (.05 ct each). Surrounding the three main diamonds is an oval of smaller diamonds, 16 total. Because they are of varying size - from 2 mm (.03 ct) down to 1.7 mm (.02 ct) - for purposes of creating an approximate weight, they were in the middle, at .025 ct each. The outer diamonds total approximately .40 ctw, for a total approximate weight of .67 ctw.
The ring measures 3/8" top to bottom and the diamonds span 1/2" across.
Hallmarked: 18k and TT Orange Blossom.
Weight is approximately 4 grams.
